Description

This legume has very vine-like stems with large leaves. Cowpeas are tolerant of drought conditions, low fertility and acidic soils.

Planting Conditions:

• Plant in late May-July
• Plant 40 lbs drilled or 100 lbs broadcasted
• Plant when soil temperatures reach a consistent 65 degrees F
